For the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of this website or from B2B contractual relationships with Zentia Labs, the parties submit to the following mandatory, tiered procedure, in the order indicated:

• (a) Good-faith direct negotiation for thirty (30) calendar days from written notification of the dispute.
• (b) Mediation under the Mediation Rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), seated in Madrid, in Spanish, for a maximum of thirty (30) days from the appointment of the mediator; costs shared 50/50.
• (c) Final arbitration under the ICC Rules of Arbitration, before a sole arbitrator, seated in Madrid, in Spanish, for disputes with an amount in controversy exceeding USD 50,000. The parties may voluntarily submit disputes equal to or below that threshold by written agreement.
• (d) Competent courts of the State of Wyoming for disputes equal to or below USD 50,000 not resolved through the preceding stages and without voluntary submission to arbitration.
• (e) Either party may seek urgent interim measures before the competent courts of the other party’s domicile without waiving the procedure agreed herein.

Relations with consumers are governed by the applicable mandatory consumer-protection rules; the tiered procedure and arbitration apply only to B2B relationships.
